Salary Scale: PGCIL offers a highly competitive compensation package, one of the best in the industry. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 27,500 during their one-year training period. Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be appointed as Junior Engineers Gr-IV (S1) in the Supervisory category, with a pay scale of Rs. 25,000 –3%- 1,17,500 (IDA).
Eligibility Criteria for PGCIL Diploma Trainee Recruitment
Age Relaxation: Age relaxation is provided for different categories as follows
OBC/ NCL: 3 years
SC/ ST: 5 years
PwBD: 10 years, in addition to category-based relaxation
Essential Qualification: Candidates must hold a Full-Time Regular Three-Year Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized Technical Board or Institute, with a minimum of 70% marks.
Note: Higher technical qualifications such as B.Tech., BE, M.Tech., ME, etc., with or without a diploma, are not accepted. Qualifications obtained through distance education will not be considered.
